Dr. Kendrick brings more than two decades of operator experience to Xpertegic, having held senior human resources leadership roles at Walmart, Boeing, SC Johnson, and Oracle. He has led employee integration, organizational restructuring, and large-scale transitions across over 150 transactions representing more than $15 billion in deal value, consistently tying strategy to value creation outcomes.
At Xpertegic, Dr. Kendrick will focus on employee strategy, leadership and cultural alignment, post-close operating model design, employee integration, and the organizational implications of emerging HR technologies, including AI and analytics. His work will span the full transaction lifecycle, from pre-close assessment through long-term value capture.
Beyond his corporate career, Dr. Kendrick is a recognized voice in the M&A practitioner community. He is the founder of Master Your Merger, chair of the global HR M&A Roundtable, and an adjunct instructor at New York University, where he teaches a course on HR’s role in mergers and acquisitions.
