Caryn is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Xpertegic, where she leads integration strategy and post-close execution. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, and large-scale program leadership, with a record of delivering measurable value across complex global transactions.
Before co-founding Xpertegic, Caryn served over 30 years in IBM. She led cross functional teams across more than forty workstreams and oversaw the integration of multiple high-profile acquisitions across cloud, analytics, and professional services. Her work included developing enterprise-wide integration playbooks, governance models, and KPI driven operating structures that consistently accelerated synergy realization and supported long term growth.
Caryn has extensive experience guiding transformations and is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, operational discipline, and ability to guide companies through Day One readiness and long-term value capture.
She completed advanced coursework in Applied Computer Science and Accounting at Illinois State University, building a strong technical and analytical foundation that informs her approach to integration and corporate development.
In her free time, Caryn competes in the equestrian sport of dressage at the international level.
