She embeds with executive teams in CPO/CHRO-equivalent roles, leading organizational design, workforce planning, HR function builds, compensation architecture, and M&A integration.
Across more than 10 years, Iraisa has built and scaled people functions across travel technology, fitness, market research, gaming, telecommunications, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, including Booking.com, Equinox/Blink Fitness, C Space (Omnicom), Vindex, American Cancer Society, and Charter Communications.
She has led HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration across multiple transactions, built HR functions from the ground up, including one that scaled from fewer than 10 employees to more than 4,000 within a year, and guided organizations through bankruptcy, divestiture, executive transitions, and workforce redesign. Her work combines enterprise-level strategy with hands-on execution.
At Xpertegic, Iraisa supports HR due diligence and post-merger integration for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. She helps assess organizational structure, leadership, workforce risks, compensation, HR processes, and people-related deal considerations before close, then supports integration planning, organizational design, workforce alignment, and HR execution after close.
Iraisa holds a B.S. in Psychology from Hunter College (CUNY), with executive education from The Wharton School and Cornell University, and is certified SHRM-SCP and SPHR. Based in the New York/New Jersey area and fluent in English and Spanish, she is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and perspectives.
