Larry is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Xpertegic where he leads deal strategy and execution. He has 20+ years of experience in corporate development and operations.
He completed about $1 billion in M&A transactions, divestitures, and carve-outs across public and private technology and services companies during his time at Deloitte, LexisNexis, and Teradata.
He was also involved in the venture capital community, both as a venture capitalist and investor, making/managing LP investments. He helped early-stage companies raise capital and grow through partnerships, licensing, and targeted acquisitions. His work includes international transactions and complex post-close integration.
Larry is the co-author of Mergers & Acquisitions Basics: The Key Steps to Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Investments, a faculty member at M&A Science Academy, and a guest lecturer at the University of Dayton.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Duke University and a BA in Philosophy and English Literature from Florida International University.
