His career includes technology leadership roles at Citigroup, American Support, Centric Consulting, and The Armstrong Company, where, as CIO, he led enterprise technology strategy, an Azure-first cloud transformation, and recovery from a ransomware attack.
Marc has also founded multiple companies. In 2003, he created RazorBall.Net, an early SaaS content management platform that grew to more than 250 customers. He later founded Take2Minutes, a nonprofit technology platform that uses positive psychology to help people improve their mental well-being.
Today, Marc owns Sacred Grounds Cafe and Pup Kitchen while continuing to lead Take2Minutes and advise organizations on technology, cybersecurity, architecture, and transformation. His B.S. in Business Administration complements his deep technical experience, allowing him to connect complex technology decisions with practical business strategy.
At Xpertegic, Marc supports IT due diligence and post-merger integration for private equity firms and portfolio companies. He helps assess technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems architecture, and technology risks before close, then supports integration planning, systems transformation, and technology execution after close.
