Roberto Duque is a global commercial executive, operating partner, and private equity advisor with nearly three decades of experience scaling beauty, CPG, wellness, personal care, and OTC brands across international markets. He has built and expanded businesses across more than 50 countries, led major go-to-market initiatives, and helped companies drive growth through international expansion, commercial execution, portfolio optimization, and turnaround leadership.
Roberto has held senior leadership roles across RJ Duque & Associates, Montagne Jeunesse, Naterra International, Pharmalliance, SuperMaxWorld, Coty, and Procter & Gamble. He has scaled global sales by 60x, captured 76.8% market share in Brazil, helped grow South America market share to 55%, and delivered 225% revenue growth and 248% EBITDA growth while leading Latin America commercial operations. He also founded and exited a private equity-backed venture, giving him direct experience building value for PE stakeholders.
