With experience across transactions representing billions in deal value, Gino will support integration execution for portfolio companies.
Jacksonville, FL — Apr. 23, 2026 — Xpertegic Partners, a corporate development and integration firm serving buyout private equity firms, today announced that Gino Massoud has joined the firm as an Operating Expert. Gino will work alongside Xpertegic’s team to support private equity firms and portfolio company leadership on the most complex aspects of integration, particularly where execution discipline, operating model alignment, and cross-functional coordination directly impact value realization.
Gino is a seasoned M&A integration executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex post-merger transformations. He has managed more than 25 transactions spanning acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, representing billions in total deal value.
His role aligns with Xpertegic’s embedded, unified approach to managing deals. Many PE-backed companies lack dedicated in-house M&A integration capabilities, resulting in fragmented execution across teams and inconsistent processes that delay synergy capture and introduce operational risk. Xpertegic addresses this by providing one accountable team that owns the full deal lifecycle and implementing a repeatable process to accelerate value creation.
“Integration is where value is either captured or lost,” said Dieunor Michel, CFA, Founding Managing Partner at Xpertegic Partners. “Gino has built and led integration functions inside some of the most sophisticated organizations and knows how to drive alignment across teams to execute effectively. His experience strengthens our ability to deliver outcomes for our clients.”
Gino previously built and led integration practices at Adobe Systems, eBay, and Splunk, where he established Integration Management Offices, developed scalable playbooks, and guided cross-functional teams through the full transaction lifecycle.
At Splunk, he led the integration of SignalFx, the largest and most complex acquisition in the company’s history. At eBay, he expanded the integration function and managed a team of eight across multiple transactions, including the $925 million divestiture of eBay Enterprise and the $573 million acquisition of Qoo10.
At Xpertegic, Gino will focus on integration strategy and execution, operating model alignment, Integration Management Office design, synergy capture, and cross-functional coordination. His work will span the full transaction lifecycle, from pre-close planning through post-close execution and long-term value realization.
He brings a structured and execution-focused approach to integration, ensuring that strategy translates into coordinated action and measurable outcomes.
His addition reflects Xpertegic’s continued investment in execution-focused expertise to help private equity firms scale add-on acquisition strategies with greater speed, alignment, and confidence while protecting the core business.
